The place was in gridlock around 2nd rd, South Pattaya Rd, Pratumnak & Thappraya Rd. There were hordes of chinese walking into town & coaches were parked where they liked narrowing the roads even more so. Whenever there is a holiday they clog the roads up with their cars and on top of that its high season. Its been this way for years now. So nothing out of the normal.
