So does this mean that a 15 yr old can be lured away from their home legally ?

But surely leaving involuntarily is not running away? So the other 30% have presumably been abducted or thrown out, which isnt running away in my book. 1 hour ago, Jonathan Fairfield said: ..... romantic love bonds ..... Hmm. Is there any other kind? It just means that for older children other laws apply. You read too much into it. Just like sex with an under 15 gets punished harsher as sex with someone 15 or older but under 18. seajae
its total lack of parenting, lets be honest, parents in Thailand rarely do the right thing by their kids and let them do as they please, go out when they please come home when they please, ride bikes and drive cars under age, its limitless. The kids then believe they are entitled to do what they want when they want, maybe if there was better parenting in Thailand we wouldnt see a lot of the crap we do now, they could start by telling their kids they are not number one....
