Does anyone know if it is possible to get a 1-year non-Immigrant multiple re-entry "O" visa in Tokyo, Japan and the cost?

I will go there in April and thought I might be able to process the visa while I am in Japan on business.

Reports from other TV members suggest that Tokyo is not the most friendly of embassies to non-Japanese :o

If you're there anyway it's worth a shot though, don't go specially for a visa you could be disappointed.
