Never built my own house so don't really have a clue but i am thinking about it, have a look HERE for a rough idea also you may get a better response from the real estate forum thats where the link came from and those guys seem to be the experts (been there done that kinda thing)

Need more info than you have given as it depends on style and materials, but a ballpark figure would be from 400,000 basic to, well depends on your needs really, you could spend 1-2 million.

A good friend has just brough a place there, house + land, 3 bed, 2 bathrooms, western style kitchen decked out with modern white goods, double drive, seperate building with bathroom for his gym (could be used as guest suite) sitting on .5 of a rai for 1.5 (aircon in every room inc.), oh forgot to mention its brand new.

Thanks for your help I have between 750000 and 1000000 to spend. Where did your friend buy his house. Do you konw any thai building companys I could ask for a quote?

near the airport, no sorry, don't know any builders up there, the woman who owns the moo bahn has her own guys building for her. But follow Mai Krap's suggestion, that would be the right place to ask... good luck.
