A colleague at work has her B-Visa expiring this Friday. Her kids' Visas may expire, too? Or perhaps her husband having the process completed can take care of the kids?

 

Q: Do they have a chance avoiding leaving the country, getting another Non-Immigrant B-VISA etc.?

 

I was told: "you need 2 weeks' on your B-Visa for Immigration to record the change..."

 

But TiT, someone at the school might have a friend at the Labour Department and then Immigration?
