Visa/Stamp in new passport on the board

Featured Replies

Good morning to all.

I would like to clarify about:

I have new clear passport, and old one with NON-B M visa and stamp till 29 of March. I will do border-run 29 of March to Satun (by land) or KL (by plane).

So should i go to Phuket Immigration office before my border-run, or can go with 2 passports and paper from my Embassy to Satun or KL, and no hussle with officer in the border? Just worried, hope to do clear without any troubles.

Thank you very much all, have a nice day

If you are on a 90 day entry from a non-b visa it can be done at a border crossing. They will transfer you current entry stamp and do a annotation about your visa in the new passport from the old one and then stamp you out of the country in it.

If your multiple entry visa is still valid you will have to show both passports on entry to the country to use the visa in your old one.
