Where in Chiang Mai can I go to an agent dealing with Permanent Resident Visas?

There is nothing like a permanent Resident Visa in Thailand available, except you had working before and paid tax.. but I guess this is not what you want…

The OP is asking about Residence Permit, which is sometimes referred to as a visa

If it's about Thai Permanent Residency , hope this helps.
