March 7, 200719 yr The price for the land sounds high for that location in the present climate - I don't know your design or size of house however your building costs look low . Are you planning 3 houses with a shared pool ? You may have to wait some time before you can sell and maybe not until you have built at least 1 house . So please consider . Good Luck !
