webfact Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 Video: A family's terror: Crazy beggar with sword jumps on car Picture: Daily News A Sakon Nakorn family was left terrorized after a Thai man armed with what appeared to be a sword jumped on their car as they went for a Sunday afternoon drive. In the car was Suwan Lomduang and his wife and two sons. It was all caught on video. On the Nitayo Road (Sakon Nakorn to Udon Thani) the man appeared to beg for money then jumped on the hood of their vehicle. It was 1 pm in afternoon. The terrified driver drove off trying to shift the knife man and ended up pulling into some municipal offices where he hoped to get assistance. The man - evidently drunk - was covered in tattoos and mystical symbols. He slashed at the window of the car several times and was heard to shout: "If you won't give me money this will happen". Suwan called 191 and the police arrived but the assailant fled into fields. Suwan said it was like a Thai movie in his Facebook post. All the family were safe but very frightened by the experience. He posted a video and warned the Thai public to look out for crazies like this.
