Visa For Malaysian Citizen?

Have done a search, with no positive result, so can anyone tell me if a Malaysian citizen can get a one year multi - entry visa from , say Penang or KL?

I know they can get an Ed visa, but i specifically want to know about the Non O..visa.

Aye, there's the rub.....to get mine from Penang, it was for tourism.....same reason when applying in the UK...but does this work for malaysians?

A 60 day tourist visa is certainly an option for tourism, extendable for 30 days = 90 days

I doubt "tourism" would hold water in Penang, for a Malaysian applying for a Non Imm O.

Marriage, retirement, education might.
