When you come down from Suk. into Pattaya Klang turn right just before Big C Extra. Its a few more meters on the left side, opposite Apus Condo. I went there this morning... Since 2-3 years ago the immigration department requires that the pension is confirmed by your embassy/Consulate, they do not accept confirmation from other countries.
