Hi

I recently got a laptop running vista, I put on Office XP pro and everything was working fine. {all genuine products}

After a month Word will not print at all, I tried using Microsoft works word processor and still have th esame problem, the computer checks with microsoft for a solution but comes up with nothing, any ideas?

What version of Word is it, and what kind of printer are you using?

I do not know about Word but bloody vista has crashed my hard disk - 15 hours trying to get it back

XP pro and an Epson printer. Vista recognises the printer as online but when you press print word does not respond, neither does the Works.

Epson isn't enough to do a driver compatibility search. Model number? And Word version.
