onera1961
I don't see any issue for SETV. O-A and METVs have home country/residency restrictions. Edited August 25, 2019 by onera1961

Although the web site is not positive. The Royal Thai Consulate in New York is in charge of issuing appropriate visas to citizens and permanent residents within its jurisdiction area. http://www.thaiconsulnewyork.com/ Edited August 25, 2019 by jacko45k

runamok27
The Thai Consulate in L.A. does visa by mail so I would imagine that NYC does too. Just use registered mail so you can track everything.
