Currently on a one year standard non b visa from a Thai company and looking to move to a BOI Visa (Recently received the promotion certificate) , I was wondering if anyone has gone through this same "issue" regarding applying through Single Window and cancelling the current Non B + work permit. If so how and what was the time frame?
