I have always detested the Friday & Saturday nights

But I have a fascination on what happens in each area of the world on these nights

The nights when the drunks come out to play , the smell of alcohol , the shouting & screaming you can hear from your Condo , fireworks , beeping of horns then in the early hours the police or ambulance sirens , the excitement of that early hours 1am to 4am when many are do drunk and taken to hospital

Please tell me ... Friday and Saturday nights in your area of the globe or even in isaan ...what happens?

Are the bars full ? Are the drunks in full swing , fighting , shouting .screaming

Tell me what what happens in those early morning hours and I don't mind if your in North Scotland or north Russia please do the courtesy

You don’t seem to detest Friday and Saturday nights nearly as much as you enjoy being a busybody and poking your nose into what everyone else around the world is doing.

Why not just put your headphones back on, like a good little black duck, and get back to your mopping?

When you're not yet retired, "Everybody's working for the weekend". When you are, every day is the same. The difference is the hours places are open until. Unless of course you're in tourist areas or major cities.

That depends on you, and how you set up your own life/schedule. I work hard at exercise, studying, chores, and errands Monday-Thursday. Friday I slack off a bit, and expect nothing of myself on Saturday and Sunday. After ten years of retirement I still look forward to the weekends. I set it up that way on purpose, because looking forward to the weekend is an enjoyable thing to do.

I meant every day is like any other day when you're retired. You can do anything you want and go anywhere. When you're working, you're working for that weekend. Back home I worked out in the early mornings, went to work, then home, and on the weekends I took the kids somewhere or went myself after they left the house. Here it's all the same now.

Until the chooks kick off to join the barking dogs. But I love it.

Those who are working have no other choice to party and socialize only on Fri or Sat.

For the others far better to party on week days. Far less drunks, sheep and far less inflated western male ego's out there trying to get lucky.
