So, after waiting months for the username and password, with no luck, after a successful registration in May wifey went to our local Immigration office about a month ago to submit a TM30 only to be told our office doesn't allow online reporting or even postal applications for that matter, only in person.

So last week I do another border hop and she makes the 80 km trip to submit TM30 again.

Spoke to another lady and this time was grudgingly told that yes you can do an online application but we will need pictures of your house, a map showing the route to your house and if you don't use the app at least every 90 days your account will be frozen and unusable.

So did your wife share her experience on social media and file a complaint, or is it just you posting about it on Thaivisa?

She's made her thoughts known but no official complaint yet as I want to do an extension of stay sometime in the near future and don't want to rock the boat too much at this particular office.

I think the majority of these people should be deleted!

Which immigration office ?

You appear to have a Non Imm O ME Visa.

If possible obtain an extension based on marriage, which will negate the requirement to make frequent border hops and repeat TM30's.
