Non O extension following initial 90 days...

Featured Replies

Anyone have any recent Non O Spousal visa experience with what’s required following the initial 90 days, and when?  I believe 45 days into the 90 I can submit for the 1 year extension of stay, not clear on exactly what is currently required doc-wise at the 45 day point @ CM immigration?  All of the docs for the visa again, same doc pack (x2) as recently accepted, or something other?  And when is it advisable to begin the process, couple weeks before expiry?

thanks-

If you applied for your non-o visa at Chiang Mai immigration the documents required should be about the same as you submitted for it.

You need to submit 2 completed TM7 forms with one having any originals attached to it and copies. The other one you attach copies of the originals as well. Plus original photos of you and your wife in and around the house on both ol them.

Same financial proof you submitted for the visa application.

You can apply up to 45 day early or later if you want to. I suggest you apply no later than 2 weeks before your 90 days end.

You will get a under consideration stamp with a report back date 30 days from when you application is accepted. You then return to get the one year extension stamp.
