I need to translate a document from Thai to Bulgarian and legalize it with the Thai MOFA.
I have searched online for such a translator but no luck.
Any ideas?

 

Ok, I found this from 2018: this may be of assistance, although it might mean travel which is not ideal but may be neccessary.

 

The Republic of Bulgaria does not have an embassy in the capital city of the Kingdom of Thailand, Bangkok. Bulgarian citizens staying in Thailand should address the Bulgarian Embassies in Vietnam or in Indonesia on consular matters.

Use a modern day "Rosetta stone". Translate the Thai to English, then find someone in Bulgaria that can translate the English to Bulgarian.

Great, and after that only a clown would agree to legalize that document.

Thanks, i called their number and they said maybe they can help.
They said i should call again after a day or two.

A quick search came up with this company;

For uncommon languages a translation service will often have it translated to english and then to Thai.

Perhaps try con contact some the the translation services listed in this PDF from the US embassy.
