denb
Good day to you all Quick question please, i am married to a Thai lady and came over on a 60 day tourist visa from the UK. Due to work reason i will need to stay longer, i did a 60 day extension around 2 years ago but not sure if that is still going? Can any one in the know say yes or no please, if yes, what paper work is required? Thanks in advance.
ubonjoe
Yes you can still get the 60 day extension to visit your wife. She will need to be with you when you apply. Copies of passport photo page, visa, entry stamp and TM6 departure card. Marriage certificate plus a copy of it, your wife's house book registry and ID card.
