Guys, i have a new passport with only one tourist visa in it and i'm not gonna do a 30 day extension.Where would it be better to get an ED visa and what places  to avoid?

Most nearby locations will issue a single entry non-ed visa with the correct paperwork from a school without a problem.

With a only one single entry tourist visa you should not have a problem getting one.

So I was rejected in Penang because of the tourist visa I get from them in September.They checked the ticket to my home country which I didn't use applying for TR visa back then and because of that refused ED visa. In KL they need some criminal record which is impossible to get here I guess. Anyone tried to get an ED visa from Kota Baru? The requirements are not very clear according to their website .
