90 Report Online New Passport

Featured Replies

I just did my first 90 day report online with no problems.  But now I am applying for a new passport and was wondering will I need to open a new account now that I have a new passport?

Last time I got a new pp inside Thailand I had to re enter country before online 90 day report worked again for me.

You have to leave and re-enter the country to do online 90 day reporting after getting a new passport. There will be no record of your new passport number in the database checks after you complete page one of the report.

There is no registration needed for online 90 day reporting.

if i do my first 90 day report with my new passport at the immigration,

would that do the trick as well? after that, can i do the 90 day report online?

or is there no other way than only to re-enter the country with the new passport?

That is the only way.

I just had to do a in person report - Then my new passport number was in the system and subsequent reports online (I never left the country)

And that worked without request or hinting?

I have done in person report with new passport (after July 2017) and online still does not work.

Tried it again last week and then have completed another report by postal mail.

I did it in person last spring in CM... I did mention to the girl that online was not possible...
