Entering Thailand on other Uk passport

Hi... I wonder if someone can answer my question.... it’s not 100% visa related. I have a single non-o visa in my passport with a re- entry permit while I went to the Uk for work and to get an Indian work visa. The problem is my work used the passport with my re-entry permit to apply for my visa, but I have another Uk passport different passport number which I will have to use to enter Thailand when I return start of December. I understand I will lose the non- o but do you think I will have an issue when doing my finger prints at the airport and they see my name attached to another Uk passport?
