Hi. I am holding Non B visa. It says that when you go out of the kingdom, you need to report your arrival back here at Local immigration for your residence address.

 

May I ask if the Chiang Mai Immigration opens today? ((Today is holiday btw).

At Chiang Mai they have people working on weekends and I assume holidays that can accept a TM30 report.

I tried to install the Section 38 online mobile app for Notification of Residence. 

 

I’m not sure if they allow this app or not.
