There are so many factors in a what a piece of land is worth, I doubt anybody here can give you any idea, if you are in Phitsanoluk, then you are in the right place to find out how much land is in the area, but it's all down to location.........

Maybe 1 million baht per Rai in town and 18,000 a Rai on the Farm..............

Too much variation to give you a price per rai without knowing location.

My memory is failing me here. Wasn't it how high is a chinaman? My brother used to irritate me as a kid with that one, took me years to understand it

I live in Phitsanulok province near Chat Trakan and the prices for land have shot up recently. You would be very lucky to get anyting less than 200,00 at the moment
