Multiple Non Immigrant Visa Type O

Featured Replies

I have a valid type O non immigrant visa valid for 1 year, multiple entry, since ur only allowed to saty in the kingdom for 30 days, can I exit and enter again on the same day, on the same hour from any land boarders? or maybe just simple turning from exit to entrance pronto

Why are you only allowed to remain in Thailand 30 days? A non immigrant visa allows a 90 day stay.

With a multi entry visa you can exit Thailand and return for another 90 day permitted to stay stamp but you must travel in/out of another country prior to return. It can be done in minutes or you can make it a vacation.

Look at your stamp in your passport and see the date you have 'til. It should be 90 days, if not you should go to immigration and get it squared away. The 30 days are for those who enter Thailand from a Visa Exempt country. You have no worries with your Visa and like I said, just check your stamp and it will tell you the date you have to exit the country on... And yes you can leave and come back on the same day.
