I remember seeing a link to the page on www.immigration.go.th with details of the procedure and the required documents for the mail submission of the TM.30 to the Bangkok immigration office but I can't find it now. I remember that the list of documents was longer than just the TM.30 notification form stated in Immigration's Public Handbook (www.immigration.go.th/citizen_manual/guid_en13.pdf) and that the page mentioned that if a tenant was unable to get a copy of the owner's ID card or passport and the house registration book, the tenant could submit the TM.30 in his own name as the possessor and enclose a copy of the lease agreement.

 

I'd appreciate it if somebody could post the link to that page, if it still exists.
