ubonjoe
No problem to a border hop for a new 90 day entry from your visa. You can also apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife. You can do one for each entry. The Sa-Ngam Border crossing might be closer if you are living in Sisaket. https://goo.gl/maps/wwb6qiWqpK1eWj7KA

glegolo
I dont think at all that you usually "just go to your immigration in Sisaket for new 3 months.... NOT for a Non Immigrant O anyway. glegolo 1

I am certain there is public transport that goes to Phusing that is near the crossing and then local transport to the crossing.

I distinctly remember seeing a bus in SiSaKet bus-station, that said Choam SaNgam border as destination. Choam SaNgam is really in the middle of nowhere, but it's a friendly and efficient border-crossing.
Robert973
Yes Ubonjoe i have been there a few times across to the casino but even by car it is over a 2 hour drive and they have to ring Cambodian immigration by mobile phone when you cross, if it is still okay at Chong chom I will go there as it only 40 minutes by bus to Surin and 1 hour van even though they make there own number for Cambodian visa ,again thank you for your update and advice.Robert

I think this is what he meant also... OP should clarify. 1
