permit to stay on arrival

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

After years staying on non immigration O visa, what are the odd to be able to get 1 month on arrival through land or at the airport?

Not problem to get a 30 day visa exempt entry after being on extension of stay or non-o visas.

What about Myanmar htee khee border?

That is the Ban Phu Nam Ron crossing in Kanchanaburi.

It is a good crossing to use. About 950 baht for transport across no mans land and that includes 500 baht for a Myanmar border pass.

The border is 2 hours from where I am, I still want to get the 60 days extension, my wife will try to contact any immigration officer in bkk and ask to convince ratchaburi to comply.

Tomorrow I will renew my passport but it will take 1 month to receive it.
