She wanted to buy a little electric hot plate (as if we don't have enough cooking appliances - shouldn't complain though as she's the no 1 cook in Thailand ) and she got one from another manufacturer. It didn't work to her requirements and she took it back. Having a few probelms in the process from Carrefour (as per usual. They have shockingly bad aftersales service). She bought a Kando product. Again, she thought that it was a bit underpowered and called the company, they were very pleasant and concerned, on the phone, sent a guy down to collect it for testing. He left a replacement for us to use in the meantime. They called to check that everything was ok, and are currently testing the one we bought. - good service. I can recommend this company and their products (we have some other products of theirs and they are have proven to be excellent.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
