Maybe it has something to do with the 1400 + PUI cases who are admitted to hospital and still waiting for their test results. A number that keeps growing day by day, with basically the number of confirmed cases not moving. Lets hope the Grab driver with the test-results gets lost. The new "virus law" will allow them to load up the hospital wards, with paying (short timer) farang/foreigners, exhibiting sniffles and a 0.5 deg life threatening temps. Yes. That’s how it works. Everyone should be under quarantine until the patient and everyone around him tests negative multiple times.
