Not sure how long you're here but this site has some good stuff. Moonlover Posted March 19, 2020 Share Posted March 19, 2020 A gym is totally unnecessary in order to keep fit. The internet is awash exercises that you can do at home, in the park or on the beach. Don't the parks in your area have outdoor machines to work out on? I'm still strong and fit at 74 and I've never been inside a gym in my life. Not hard to find out....
