The Nation has ran this same story/photo for the past 3 weeks. Still haven't seen a drop of rain in Chiang Mai. If they publish the story every week for next 2 months they should get lucky 1 week...

Accurate forecast for the NE, we've had a few thundershowers in North Isaan.

Ventusky weather radar shows rain over Vietnam, and Phnom Phen. Nothing over Thailand so I assume this forecast is fake news.

Weather as accurate as can be expected where I am, today first day to hit 40°c ???? TMD does a good job with the resources they have ????

Ventusky has the "prettiest" graphics! but there forecasting is dismal, they use poor (cheap) modelling, Windy (https://www.windy.com/-Rain-thunder-rain?rain,17.382,102.799,11 ) more accurate as they use a better more accurate "modelling" supplied by EEC.
