and I clicked < Home > to go back to the CNN/International homepage and got the ICT warning!

This must be a mistake...

Sometimes you have to keep trying. Had problems with a few sites while there last week...kept getting warnings, but if I hit refresh a few times, it would go through.

Are you sure you direct the browser correctly?

My fair opinion is that you accidently clicked on some prohibited porn website

located near cnn's link on your bookmark. Then, beep, that eyes of dharma appeared.

As far as i recall, last time CNN was block is back then when ex-priminister

was on headline.
