Prostitution Laws?

I'm just kind of curious about the prostitution laws here in Thailand.

What exactly are they saying? Is it illegal to sell or buy or both? When I've seen the MIB have a go at the bar areas I've only seen them arrest the sellers and never the buyers.

People like to talk about this law/s, but I never heard the same story twice.
