I am currently not int Thailand but I would like to be able to have some items delivered in Thailand from Thailand.  I have a Thai Lazada account but I cannot create a new addressee because my old Thai phone number does not exist any more.  I cannot create a Thai Shopee account again because of the need for a Thai phone number.  I can use Amazon but that becomes expensive for small items.

Any ideas?

EVERY thing I have ordered from them in the last 6 months takes a minimum of 45 days.  They get turned over to the airline and just sit for weeks and weeks.

So it is an option, just not a good one.

It’s could be true. I ordered only one time a item and I received in 10 days, perhaps some items come from China...

Most items do come from China and through Singapore.
