alyx
Hey Has anyone heard about the approval by the Council of Ministers of a bill allowing the marriage of same-sex couples, as well as changes regarding the law in order to give the same rights as couples of different sex ? It would be nice to have confirmation of this and also, if that is true, what would be the time frame for this to be effective, knowing that the text has to be adopted by the MPs.
