toast1
Any Wordpress experts around? On this page the text I enter below this line is displayed 3 lines down, I would like it to be just two line down. One line of space below previous text, then the new text. How can I change this from, so there is one empty line then the text? Thank you This is what is after the text above. .[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height="50px"][vc_column_text css=".vc_custom_1559384272551{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}"]
roger buttmore
Paragraphs can be a nuisance and multiple line breaks rendered unsuccessful. I found this which may help you - https://www.wpexplorer.com/wordpress-line-break/ Just to add, when typing in a normal text box and pressing 'return' the cursor may drop two lines, creating a space, a new paragraph. If you wish to drop only one line you can try doing Shift-Return, which does a line break instead of carriage return .

As Roger above mentioned, try using Shift-Enter rather than Enter and see what happens.
Matzzon
To me it looks like the page is written in Visual Composer, now WP Bakery. If not reduce the 50px number as stated above. If built in site creator tool, just use the tool to change the setting for the block.
