Beware of the Dinosaurs at Nong Nooch Gardens Pattaya

I had not been to Nong Nooch Gardens in Pattaya for many years but once I heard about the new Dinosaur attraction I just had to take my kids. Frank, my youngest, is an avid fan of dinosaurs and he was in for a treat.

If you have not visited the gardens before then it really needs to be ticked off your list as things to do when in Pattaya. It has become a monster tourist attraction and the entrance seems more like an airport than a tropical gardens nowadays, but look past this and once into the park you can lose yourself very quickly.

Aw. Haha

Don't  loiter underneath those heavy outstretched necks........

It's well worth a visit.  My 5 year-old loved it.

I’m a grown man and I thought it was impressive. Would recommend people particularly with kids go.

I thought they were referring to the old codgers on barstools near Walking Street...

The barstools near Walking Street are no more. We've all moved to Soi Buakhao now.

In terms of keeping up with people's political beliefs, I think the present incumbent of the Prime Ministerial job had the title of 'Dinosaur' sewn up ages ago.

Not anymore for expats. Nong Nooch is honoring expat discounts since at least several weeks.

There is another Dinosaur park in Jomtien opposite the "Floating market"  but it looks closed since the WuFlu debacle.

Well I couldn't agree more. We used to love Nong Nooch as it had so many different things to discover in it but on the last visit the kids could do nothing but look at things. Very disappointing.

I thought it was a giant rip off, maybe just me, but I wouldn't waste my time going there. My Mrs thought it a waste of money too.
