notify TM of change of address?

I will be moving soon.  On a non-imm "O" retirement visa.  How and when do I notify TM of my new address?

A TM30 report should be done within 24 hours of arrival at your residence by your landlord or by you.

Some offices may also a TM27 or TM28 change of address form.

I thought that those of us on a non-imm "O" did not need to do the TM30.  They didn't ask for it when I did my last one-year extension.

 

Can I download a TM27 or a TM28 form?  Does CW require one of these?  Do I just mail it in?

A TM30 is required if you change your registered address that immigration has in their records.

I don't recall them wanting anything more than a TM30 form.

The document also contains a step-by-step instruction which will also allow you to register on the IO TM-30 website and file your TM-30 (as well as those of any foreigners staying at the premises).
