Daylight balanced compact flourescent bulbs.

Do you know where I can get the floodlights, the fluurescent bulbs etc in Bangkok?

Also maybe a stupid question, does the flood lights bulb fit into a regular lamp? or we have to buy a special housing for flood lights?
