paradisepizza
I have friends who are going to travel to Cambodia and possibly Laos and Vietnam. I'm trying to find out how easy or hard it will be for them to get a SIM card and a GPRS connection to do internet connections. I haven't been to these countries in a few years so I'm not sure what the "state of the art" is. Does anyone have any experience with what's going on in any of these countries these days for GPRS? Ideally, it would be like Thailand where you can go to 7-11 and get a DTAC SIM card and be hooked up in minutes. Thanks for any information! Das65
In Cambodia i know it is difficult for a foreigner to get a Sim card, only Cambodian nationals can buy them legally. Edited May 7, 2007 by Das65

Ajarn
Yes, there is gprs in cambodia. Something you should have done first is do a google.com search, as I did, using " "Gprs Internet In Cambodia" HERE is your answer(s) Edited May 7, 2007 by Ajarn
