Joasks
I'm a US citizen and I'm legally married to an Indian citizen here in Bangkok. We got married in Thailand and we're planning to move to NY for a year or two before coming back to Asia indefinitely. During our time in NY, I'll be attending grad school and the goal would be for my husband to work to support us. Considering my husband and I don't plan to stay in the US permanently, do you recommend we apply for a K3 visa or go another route? As the K3 process is both lengthy and expensive, I'm not keen on it, but it seems like that is the most appropriate visa for our situation. Would appreciate any advice! Thanks so much.
