Pattaya Spotter Posted January 24, 2021 Share Posted January 24, 2021 If you're in Pattaya, the best advice is to drive around the area and when you see a village you like, just go up to the security guard at the entrance and tell him you looking for a house to rent ("chow baan") and most will let you in. The Greenfield Villas and SP Village estates are good places to start. (There are multiple of each and find them on Google Maps.) There are also RE agencies on the main streets of Khow Noi, Khow Talo, Nern Plub Wan, and Siam Country Club Road that have rental listings.
