Process for marriage

Hello,

 

I'm wondering what the process for marriage is to my Thai fiancé?

 

I have a british passport that my visa is on and I also have a New Zealand Passport.

Before proceeding, read all the divorce threads as you will hopefully know all the traps to come and able to avoid them.

Eg, don't "give" sinsod, but if at all only for show and get back, don't live near the family, don't buy them cars or houses in their name etc.

 

I think the letter from country embassy is cheaper from NZ embassy that British, but not sure if can apply on passport without visa.

 

You should understand that your pension will be reduced after marriage if you are on a NZ one.
