Wondering, what a foreign worker under work permit would earn in terms of employment service after serving the company for more than 10 years if he/she resigned from job??? Any advice and comment are welcome! :o

I am not sure if you are entitled to any benefits,

but the company will cancel your work permit.

and your visa will be altered as well.

Usually you get a month to pack up and leave the country. :o

Under Thai law, if you resign, you get nothing. ( unless you have a contract that states different.)

If you choose to leave I'm not sure you're entitled to very much. If they fire you, on the other hand, you are probably entitled to a handsome severance payment based on your last wage (in your case, probably almost a year's salary at your present level). Rule of thumb is about one month's severance for every year worked.
