May 19, 200719 yr Judging by Bellatrix's previous posts concerning Thai boyfriends, 'swollen testes' might well be the translation that she is looking for. However I put my money on it simply being just a colloquial version of Krap pom ครับผม which comes out sounding like kaipong.
