I am going to travel from Bangkok to Krabi in a couple of days and just read something about a 'certificate of travel' being required due to current restrictions. I've never heard of this. Has anybody heard of this, and know where I can get one?

Provinces are allowed to set their own entry restrictions, so you will want to check with Krabi authorities regarding what's needed at the moment. Songkhla has a web form you'll need to fill out before being allowed into the province, but no idea what Krabi is doing at the moment.

Thanks. Do you have any idea where such information/forms would be available? Finding regulations at the moment is like finding a needle in a haystack. 

Yeah, it's a complete disaster at the moment. Some of this stuff isn't available until you get to the airport it seems. When I flew from BKK to Hatyai last week, I asked my wife to check the requirements. All she was able to find was some info stating I'd need to fill out a form at the airport. I needed to scan QR code at check-in and then fill out the form. There were QR codes for different provinces, but don't recall seeing Krabi there. Sorry I can't be of more help. 

Maybe check with the airlines could be an option? They are aware of all the rules and regulations and have English speaking help desks.

As far as I understand, this refers to a document that the ASQ will give tourists once they have completed their quarantine period.
