Revolut in Thailand is not good. They don't give the wholesale rate.

You don't want a generic one, you want one specifically for overseas spending with no fees for regular spending and for cash withdrawals.  Starling or Virgin for debit cards, Barclaycard Rewards or Halifax Clarity for credit cards are usually up there.
