So last night,

papa rode the wrong way on a 1-way soi

near Pattaya beach road

and the fuzz caught it.

Had to follow them to the police-box near walking street.

papa playing dumb.

Cops check all paper,

search under seat storage area and top-box on Nouvo.

Finally cop pulls papa into police-box and

asks if prefer ticket to be resolved at police HQ

or just cash on the spot.

papa: cash

cop: how much you offer?

papa: B400.

cop: ok

papa hands over B500 note.

cop hands papa B100 note.

 

 

You offered 400?  Are you made of money?

 

A Yank and his money are soon parted ....

400 is the official rate indicated

on the board at police HQ.

papa is repeat repeat offender.

Just glad he didn't find the heroin & crack in pocket.

The mystery of why anyone would refer to themselves in the third person is explained. 

I wouldn't pay them off it just encourages them to keep pulling farang over. If you have to go to Soi 9 instead so be it
