Sounds like a silly question, but we hear so many contradicting reports. Most infections seem mild, most deaths are contributed to existing health issues.

If anyone was infected, can you describe the experience?

How you got treated?

How bad was it?

If you were aware where you got infected by whom?

What lessons learned, if any?

If anyone was infected, can you describe the experience? It was very difficult for me (high blood pressure). Spent over a week in the hospital (In the states). Another couple of weeks on oxygen. Lost about 25 pounds (11 kgs). Had lingering fatigue and rapid heart rate for another couple of months. Took about 3-4 months to feel myself again.

How you got treated? Oxygen (not ventilator) and plasma treatments. Had no fever 24 hours after first plasma treatment. Killed the COVID but still had issues for months after.

How bad was it? Severe but not as severe as some.

If you were aware where you got infected by whom? I was a teacher and got it from either students or another teacher.

What lessons learned, if any? Wore masks all the time around others and lived by myself. Still got it.
